I have become highly sedentary.
Like a limpet, locked to my rock I am at home all the time, moving from office desk to kitchen to re-up occasionally (mainly cups of tea).
I feel the impact physiologically, feet and legs cold to the bone irrespective of temperature in the house, my inactivity cooling my core to noticeably uncomfortable torment, an elongated death.
